A native of Tallahassee and graduate of Leon High School and Florida State University, Sarah Henning has seen the growth and change that our community has experienced over the last three decades. Equipped with a lifetime of history here, you can expect a high level of knowledge and expertise in finding just the right neighborhood for you. Sarah specializes in listing and selling single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums as well as housing for students attending our three major universities. Sarah is also dedicated to counseling and educating her clients throughout the real estate transaction. For the first time homebuyer, she can provide you with special sessions on financing opportunities, the contract process, home inspections and the closing. Her attention to detail and dedication in every transaction has earned her high praise from loyal clients.
Since becoming a Realtor in 2005, Sarah has closed more than $22 million in real estate transactions and has consistantly ranked in the top 20% of Realtors in Tallahassee.
Sarah and her husband George also welcomed 2 new additions to their family in 2008 with the births of daughter Harper and son Granger.
